After every wear
Let pairs rest a day between wears. Wipe the upper with a dry soft cloth to lift dust before it settles into thread work.
Storage
Keep them in their cloth bag, away from direct sunlight. Stuff lightly with tissue to hold shape — never newspaper, which transfers ink.

Blot, never rub. For anything beyond dust, a gentle professional clean protects the embroidery. Machine washing is always no.
